Are these plants poisonous to chickens?

I wish I could help with this! I don't know much when it comes to which plants chickens can and can't eat. All I can really tell you is that it's not a great idea to give pokeweed to chickens. It can be really toxic in some cases.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think Lemon Balm is actually good for chickens, and pokeweed is bad. I think chickens will stay away from Pokeweed once they figure out it's not good for eating.

Lemon balm is fine. Goldfinch love the seeds, as do my hens. A nice patch is also a great hiding spot! You can also use the leaves for tea.
