Are these worms too big for 3-4 week old chicks?

[My Three Chicks]

I am introducing treats (and grit) to my 3-4 week old chicks today! They did not really take to dried meal worms like I expected. So being the good chicken mama I am ha! I dug up some REAL worms from my garden!
Just want to make sure these aren't too big for them to eat/digest. (FYI I have regular sized female hands )

My birds are 4 weeks old and go bananas for them.
They also absolutely LOVE a hanging cabbage

As their mama, they expect you to educate them on what's good eating and what's not, so you need to tap your finger in anything you want them to eat. It may take multiple lessons and a few days before they get on board. I would try again with the mealworms, as well as live worms and any little insects to hand.
