At what time baby Pigeon stop their baby noises ?

I'm very new to piggies! I rescued one domestic grey color pigeon month ago he was very small at that time and making baby noises he had Tapeworm infection too so i treat him with praziquantel pyrantel pamoate 1% he expelled worms then and recovered become more active
Now since 2 days he's not making his regular baby noises like Chirping (unable to explain the sound)
So can u please tell at what age they stop chirping and make new noises or is it respiratory Infection?

He's very healthy now clean eyes , noise and feathers
Poop is normal firm

Yes he's started honking and all those sound big pigeons make

Depends on if it’s the feather eating kind or blood sucking kind. The ones that only eat feathers can be treated with permethrin, the other ones have a lot more treatment options, including ivermectin.
