I always prefer dry roundup on my food. The wet stuff just doesn't taste right.

Common sense please!

Roundup is sort of a nerve poison (or harmful enzyme) for plants whose active ingredient isn't known to affect other types of life. Not that this makes it 100% safe, just that it lessens the chances that it will cause problems to mammals or birds. Sort of like how BT is a disease only affecting caterpillars - should be totally safe for everything else but people always worry.

I think there's something in the works to get roundup banned, if they ever get past the big $$$. It's been shown to cause infertility.

I've used the generic round-up on english ivy and morning glories coming into my yard, for years. Has never been a problem with the chickens.
