baby chick emergency!

She still isn't peeping and her "gasping" has gone down a little. HOWEVER, it doesn't matter whether she is standing or sitting she has her head cocked to the side like it is broken. Not so sure this is a good sign. If anyone has any suggestions on what could be causing this or what this is, would be greatly appreciated. Ps. she is only cocking it to the left side.

I also just started giving her a few drops of polyvisol so hopefully that will help with her neck tilt.

It has been suggested to me to get Tylan - 50 and pencillin. Chick candidates get 1/10 - 1/4 cc of injectible Tylan and same for injectible pencillin. Tylan about $70/bottle. I pulled it up on line, and found info. that confirmed poltry use and others that swear by it for respiratory problems. If, in fact, that respiratory is the problem. Sorry I don' t have other advice. Seems like alot of people have these types of issues with chicks. @
