You may have better luck in these 2 forums, it looks like something gold laced to me and it seems to have something wrong with it's eyes.

Here are pictures of our 4 chicks at 2 weeks, we are still deciding what they are? Sebrights or Sebright / Silkie cross? Any ideas are grateful? One is definitely different. (my favourite)
