Bad neck

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this or should I leave it be and see if it survives it doesn't appear to have a problem eating or drinking

I had a chick with wry neck that was almost comatose and hypothermic when I found him. I treated with Vitamin E, Poultry Nutri-Drench, and Selenium. I also hand fed him for a few days. He made a full recovery of the wry neck symptoms, but he was so far advanced by the time I found him, that a lot of systemic damage had been done. He later developed severe scoliosis and congestive heart failure. Caught early, chicks usually do make a decent recovery.
