The silver duckwing OEGB is 100% male. Black breast feathers would not be present in a female of that color variety.

The silver Sebright is too young to tell. Wait until 6 weeks or so before trying to sex it.

Could be but I'm not seeing anything in the Sebright that says male yet. Comb is pale and flat. You can't sex Sebrights by color as you can with certain varieties of game bantams, so it usually takes longer.
