All chickens have them no matter what gender.

Older hens often develop spurs and with some breeds spurs on females are normal.

Females and males have spurs. In some cases, a female's spurs are longer than that of a male's. An example is one of my Welsummer hens, with longer and sharper spurs than two of my roosters one cockerel that I have.
