Her sister does not have a red comb and fast developing wattles. Are those pointy feathers at the back?

I can see a tiny nob on each leg is that a developing spur?
Females and males have spurs. In some cases, a female's spurs are longer than that of a male's. An example is one of my Welsummer hens, with longer and sharper spurs than two of my roosters one cockerel that I have.
