Bantams - moving outside?

I have had standard chickens for 5 years, but am new to bantams. We are adding a separate little coop for them. They are 6 & 4.5 (almost 5) weeks old right now. They are not fully feathered, but I need to get them out of our house. I am considering moving them to our unfinished workout room. This room has insulation and windows, but no heat. It is a weird set-up attached to the garage, so it doesn't get heat from the house either. The weather right now is 70s during the day (approaching 80s) and 50s at night (though some nights upper 40s/low 60s). I am wondering if they are OK to transition into that room for a couple of weeks before they head outside.

Extra info: sometimes they still like to be under the brooder plate, sometimes they like to sleep on top of it. It's a steady 61º in the storage room in our house in which they currently reside. Barnyard mixes of frizzle/silkie.
