Barred rock pulley or cockerel?

My barred rock is 2 1/2 months old. I have another one that is one month old as well. Can anyone tell me if I have myself a pair? Fingers crossed! not hatchery barred rocks I got hatching eggs from a friend! The barred rock behind the chicken wire is the 2 1/2 month old and the not fully feathered one is the one month old. Edited to add a pic of parents of these two babies!

Picture #4? Looks kinda like a cockerel. The comb looks a little red.

I think it's another cockerel.

I’m seeing 2 cockerels. Both in comb and feather pattern.

2.5 month old is cockerel, the 1 month is hard to tell (for me), that one could go either way but I think I’d lean toward pullet.
