Barred Rocks - Hen or Roo? 9 weeks old

I have a pair of barred rocks, one of which I'm selling, and I want to make sure they're both pullets. I'm a little worried that especially #2 looks a little light. They are 9 weeks old.

I think a cockerel would have more developed wattles by now and noticibly lighter colored. An educated guess I'd consider it.

Pullets! The barring are pullet barring but to be shore I need to see the color of there shanks,
if there is a "black wash" in front of the shanks they are pullets!

Woohoo! Yay! So glad you all think they're both pullets.

The lighter one has a pretty dark wash on the front of her legs, the other not quite as much, but still there.
