I run 3 strand Electic wire around my pens. It runs 13,000 volts. So whatever touches it will be toast. Lol

HC is not insurmountable....how it's attached is key, and if it's not dead flat and taut a large animal get get a tooth in and rip pretty easily

No, the electricity pulses...it just zaps them good so they never want to come back....unless they get stuck, then it can kill.
