You don't say what age the turkeys are.

Turkey poults require a high protein feed to get them started properly. A good quality turkey or game bird starter that has a protein content of 26% to 30% is what they need.

Some people switch their BB turkeys to meat bird grower (20% to 22% protein) after a few weeks to slow their growth giving their legs time to catch up with their body weight.

Adult turkeys can do fine on a quality feed that has 16% protein.

Jumping in. My poultry grower I am feeding is 27%. Can my poults eat that? Or do they need that one more percent of protein??

Twenty-seven percent protein should be good enough for poults.
