I got them around Nov. 15 and they were a few days old we were told.so they are younger .

I'm going to say cockerel, based on patchy red coloring, tail, and general body shape (thick and gangly).

I'd say rooster, based off of the red leakage in the wings and the large red comb/wattles.

So the bird is more like 2 months old....that can make a lot of difference. at that age everyone's going to agree it's a cockerel based solely on comb, nevermind all the other signs.
