I have a very beautiful raised from chick rooster in need of good home.
Purchased this fella, (supposedly a hen), with 5 other chicks from a local farmer.
Picked two solid black chicks, I was told they were Black Giants, one had a small white spot, it grew up into a beautiful gray barred hybrid mix rooster, (now re-homed) and now his partner just started crowing today. His is starting to get very active with the hens.
Unfortunately, the city ordnance prohibits roosters. Well, only if neighbors complain, and of course I have one of those neighbors, across the street three doors down??
