Black Copper Marans Question

We bought three Black Copper Marans from the same place, born Oct 11, 2022 (7 months old). We have what we believed to be three hens, but one turned out to be a roo (beautiful picturesque roo in pics). One of the hens is laying for certain (seen) and she’s the one with the lighter, smaller comb and wattles. The other hen we don’t know. And is suddenly crowing…. I know hens can crow, but it’s rare. She also has a much darker and more red comb/wattles than th laying for sure hen.

Could it be a roo? Maybe a late bloomer? Pics of the three included.
