Black maran pullet or roo?

So I have been getting some serious mixed responses when I ask what gender my dear sweet baby bird is. I will post a time line of pictures with ages. Every forum I find with pictures of her breed with ages she seems SO much smaller than any of them!! help?? 6 weeks old

Looks so much like an australorp! The feathers say pullet, but the red in the comb at 8 weeks says cockerel......hmmm I'm going with pullet.

I have a bunch of black copper maran chicks between 2 weeks old and 4 months old, ages are staggered. It helps when you have both males and females of the same age so you can compare them. But this bird looks like my pullets, not my roo. I have a five week old couple, born about five weeks ago, and it is surprising how much red is in the crown of the boy already, plus you can see the waddles just beginning to emerge on the boy. I don't see any waddles emerging on this bird.

I am NOT an expert at this kind of thing, but she looks more like my five week old girl than my five week old boy.
