Black oprington Hen or roo

I have three black oprington and two are very obvious Roos, but this one I’m not so sure 14 weeks old. I think It’s a hen based on the other two’s red comb and large waddles. What do you think?

The one below is the one I’m unsure about. The comb & waddles are not as big and red.

At this age you can begin to disregard the comb/wattles and begin to look at the much more telling feathering.

You can see very pointy, shiny feathers on his neck. And long droopy feathers on what would be his hips - these are saddle feathers.

Combs can be misleading, wattles not so much - but a cockerel can not hide his feathers.

So you think it’s a rooster?
