Black Orpington - pullet or roo? 7weeks

Hi we have hatched a lonely chick who is now 7 weeks. I have a feeling it is a Roo but am wondering if anyone can help please? The eggs came from a local farm so we are not sure of breed quality and whether the father was a black orp or something else! Thanks

Don't know if it's a full orp, all of have mine have dark eyes. But it's definitely a roo.

Rooster and not a Orpington.
Orpingtons have 4 toes not 5.

looks like a marans and silkie cross where the marans was the father
