Blood but no wound

So I went out to check on my chickens. They free range. I noticed that one of my hens has blood on her. I checked her over and there was nothing. No wound or anything. I thought that maybe it was another hens blood and they didn’t have blood on them. I checked the rooster but nothing. Anyone have any idea as to where the blood is coming from or how she got it

Possibly she ate a smaller creature ?

I thought about that but it’s also winter so not many smaller creatures out.

As long as all your birds look good I guess that’s the most important thing

Where is the blood on the hen? If it’s around the head or throat maybe she got in a fight with another chicken and got a small injury to her wattle or comb. Those bleed quite a bit.
