My Sicilian buttercup rooster keeps having blood dripping. Seems to be coming out of his mouth. A couple of times it has looked like some sort of tissue with it. This has been happening for about a week now. He doesn’t seem ill otherwise. What could it be and what can I do for him? I examined him but don’t see any injury.

I have 5 total. Have had them all for around 6 years. Haven’t seen any fighting between them.
Well, unless the blood spatter and scabs on his face and beak (looks like the tip of the beak is broken) are all spatter from what's coming out of his mouth, then he's been fighting.
He's got blood on his feet as well.

Anytime I've ever seen spatter like that or frothy blood (blood mixed with oxygen) it's been due to fighting.

If you don't believe this is the reason, then separate him out, give him a going over, look inside the beak for any cuts that are bleeding.
