Can we confirm this is a blue Andalusian pullet?

Cannot speak for whether those are Andalusion or not but I'd say they are both blue.

The one on the left in the paired photos.. looks obviously blue (perhaps a shade darker than most).

The one on the right in the paired photo's looks almost black from the above view but in the photo where you can see the purple leg band, it looks like there is dark blue feathering on the breast. It is not uncommon to find blue birds that are dark enough to be mistaken for black :)
