Blue Cochin Pullet or Roo?

This one might be a little early to tell. She was the largest when we got her 4 weeks ago and now she is the smallest and least feathered. I know Cochins take longer to feather. Pullet or roo?

Looks like a pullet. Cochin boys pink up fairly early, generally by 5 weeks.
