I missed the New Year hatchalong. I had a dog harassing my chickens, they stopped laying. They are getting in gear again!

Just checked........ Eggs in the incubator on March 30 will have eggs hatching on Easter morning, if things go like they should in everybody's incubator......... Going out to have a little chat with the girls

I trapped the dog. It went to a no kill shelter.

good for you, we have a cat that comes, but so far she/he hasnt done anything harmful. I bought a huge trap but am told I have to pay to drop her off at a shelter. She isnt tame at all she sleeps on the front porch chair cushions to keep warm. I never seen her in our fenced area, we have a ton of dogs so I dont think she dares.
