Blue silkie?

I recently purchased blue silkie. He is four days old now, and I noticed he started getting darker feathers on his wings. Is he a blue silkie, or a different color?

Blue can range from super light to pretty much black. Some are so dark the only way to know they're blue is to breed them and see what color offspring they produce. A picture would help for sure.
