Blue under duckling eye

Is the blue discoloration something to be worried about? Two of the six PEKIN (I think) ducklings I have have this color. I just noticed it the other day. They get swim time everyday, and have a waterer in their area that they can dip their head into. The water gets changed twice a day and they area gets completely cleaned once a day.

Any help? Or ideas?

My guess is either... It's nothing, it's bruising, or it's something I have no idea about.

You could try posting this in the Duck section to see if anyone else has an idea.
