Blue Wyandotte gender and breed check

We got this one a week ago thinking it was a pullet but now thinking roo. Its wattle is coming in feathers are different it stands up right more and has huge feet. We were also told its a blue laced wyandotte and were wondering if it really is

Looks more like a Partridge, than a Laced. And lacking the Blue gene. It does look like a pullet, for now.
