Here's my 3 BO and 2 SLW. The BO are 6 weeks old and the SLW are 8 weeks old. Can you help me figure out the genders?

SLW #2

Thanks for the help!

I think every one of your Orpingtons are cockerels. Their combs are simply too red and wattles at six weeks screams boys. I've no experience with rose comb chickens so won't hazard a guess on the Wyandotte.

The BOs are cockrels. My BO pullets are 11 weeks old and their combs just barely show and are a very light pink. I have no clue with the SLW though.

In my honest opinion, they ALL look like cockerels.....

I have both breeds, and NONE of my girls ever had the redness, or size of the combs, that yours have already. That last SLW seems to be too red at 8 weeks to be a female.

BUT.....like I said, that's just my opinion.

Here's a pic of one of my BO pullets at 8 weeks

And another when they were 15 weeks

And here's a pic of my SLW when she was 12 weeks......she just started getting that red in the face when I took this pic. Sorry it's a bit fuzzy, but you get the idea.
