Bobwhite Quail

What is the difference between a Snowflake bob white and a white bob white? I have been told if the white bobwhits don;t have some black on them they are cross breeds of something.

Snowflake Bobs are all white. No mask or any other markings. They are like a mutation within the Bobwhite species...like Butlers, Georgia Giants, Mexican Spotted, etc...
