Bought as an ISA brown... im guessing ISA not? Breed help please!!

5 weeks old. Need help with breed. Was in the ISA brown pullet brooder. Didn't notice the feet till we got home.

It looks like a Cochin to me.
And with those wattles, at age 5 weeks, I think it might be a male.
(Since the breed label was wrong, I'm not surprised if the gender label was wrong too.)
