Size of comb suggests cockerel, but a definitive opinion would require images of the entire bird... I always sex based on comb/wattle, stance, voice, personality, and feathers.

When I got our original birds( chicks mother and father) the place I got them said they were silkie cross Sussex birds

9 and a half weeks old. I thought cockerel esp with having green bits in the feathers( I was once told the male bird has green colours 2 attract the female). The chick in constantly with the father now never leaves his side
