boy or Girl?????

Hi,
I just purchased 2 silver laced wyandottes, and I asked for 2 pullets. But they both look like Roos!!!!! Here they are.......

The first is a rooster, I'm not sure about the other.

#1 is likely a cockerel, and #2 looks like a pullet. I wouldn't give up hope on #1, though. I once had a Wyandotte that looked exactly like a cockerel at four weeks old (red wattles, large red comb, thick legs/appearance), but it ended up being a pullet.

Wyandottes are very hardy to sex when they're young (at least in my experience). However, I'm leaning towards the first Wyandotte being a cockerel.

Don't go drawing any conclusions. As of now though, the first bird is looking like your male.
