Boys or girls?

These chicks are 3 to 4 months old, I'm not sure on breed. I think one of the white ones is a hen but I'm not sure. I'm quite sure the red one is a rooster.

They all look like cockerels to me.

closer pics would help confirm, but if they're all the same age, they're all male.
