Just bought our first 8 Rhode Island Reds & 4 Barred Rocks on Saturday. Boy this is really new to us but we live on 160 acres and decided we needed animals again. Hubby built a wonderful coop which the chickens took to immediately. Had eggs the very next day. Thanks for all the info and looking forward to having more questions answered.
