Breed and Gender…again

I’m back now that this baby is a bit older. It’s a bantam and has been a LOT smaller than everyone else and is finally starting to catch up,, although still smallest of my bantams. (2 silkies and 1 black Cochin). Purchased at Atwoods.

Last replies thought for sure a Colombian breed. And someone thought maybe it was a light Brahma bantam that just had clean legs. (Didn’t get a leg pick but they are in fact clean.)

Any new guesses as the breed and possibly gender? We are right at 5 weeks today.
