Breed and gender help please.

This chicken is around 7 months old. We've been assuming she is a hen but lately she's looking more like a rooster with the mane and long tail feathers. We haven't gotten any eggs or heard any crowing. I also have no idea of the breed. Thanks for your help!

The long lustrous Sickles indicate a roo. Also, the long pointed hackles and saddles. The only other thing I can think of is sometimes if there is no rooster, the most dominant hen will molt in pointed feathers, a pronounced comb, and will begin crowing.

Definitely a cockerel. As for breed, I can't really see what type of comb he and has, but I think I see some lacing on his plumage....perhaps a mix of some sort?
