Breed of this gorgeous young rooster?

We found this lovely little rooster walking down the street. Very sweet and docile. Despite fliers and "Nextdoor" ads, no one is taking ownership. Can't keep him, as I already have a rooster. So far, no luck finding a home for him. Maybe if I knew his breed? If anyone can help with this, that would be great.

He looks like an old English game bantam mix, and was likely dumped by his previous owners

He does look like he's mixed.

The almost birchen color and red ears really make me think Japanese Bantam but in the face & stance, say OE.

Could be he hasn't fully feathered out..? I haven't had either of these cockerels but have had two OE pullets. They are sweet, but really nervous little buggers!

Hope you're able to find him a home. He is a pretty little thing.

He kinda looks like a Silverudd's Blue, or blue isbar (they are the same):
It's hard to tell though because he is so young. I agree though he does look like a mix of breeds.
