Breed,.sex and age if possible.

This duck was found in my neighbors basement steps. There are no bodies of water near us but lots of people have pet ducks so I think someone let it go or it flew away. Any ideas on breed, sex and maybe about how old it might be?
It was hissing and isn't very friendly.

i would definitely say its a female, let me look into the age and breed
