so I wouldn’t be able to sell it because it’s not allowed or because no one would buy them? We would keep them if they were ladies but if it’s male we couldn’t keep it

You're allowed to sell them, it's just that people are looking for pure breeds more than mixes.

All eggs hatched have a 50% chance of being roos, so I would secure a place to send cockerels, either as a home or for butchering, before you hatch. If you want to hatch you will need an incubator. Do you have one?
