Breeds? Gifted 2 hens and a roo!

Hello! We were just gifted 2 hens and a roo from a neighbor who can no longer take care of them.
I was leaning towards Ameraucana for the white gal... but I just don't know. Any guesses? And aren't they pretty? We are so excited.
