We have a few chickens we got in a "Rare & Unusual Breeds" batch of pullets from McMurray Hatchery. Now that they are coming up on 10 weeks I can't identify some of them and hope y'all can help.

Well #3 is a polish - #4 campine - #5 easter egger - the rest I'm not 100% for sure, but I'm sure someone else will come along. They make a very colorful flock.

I don't think #3 is a Polish, I saw something that showed another breed, I just can't find it now.

What is the breed for an "easter egger", I guess I am assuming that is not the breed, but you know what assuming gets you.

Yeah, we do have lots of different ones and it makes it more fun - all except the two RIR we have - they are very aggressive girls.

Is easter egger an actual breed? She is bearded if that makes any difference.

My wife jokes that when #1 was younger they looked like pigeons, not chickens - they really did. We have 2 that are about 14 weeks and 1 that is about 10 weeks.

1- Either a Silver Leghorn or a Silver Silver Phoenix
2- Black Minorca
3- Polish
4- Golden Campine
5 and 6 are Easter Eggers.
* Easter Eggers can lay can any color egg. (Blue, Green, Brown or White)*
