Bresse sexing help please.

At that age the only way to tell is by comb size and color, and it may even be too early for that. If you post pictures on here of each bird we may be able to help.

6 weeks is the right time to start. If you're seeing much growth and color in the combs at that age, then those birds are very likely to be cockerels.
 
My first hatched bantam cross has a red comb and starting to develop a red wattle under the chin. I am hoping for the yellow with caramel markings is a hen. The one on the left is an Amucana and I have no idea but is the first born of four. Hard to tell with these chickens.
