Brooder ideas

Need your experience
I am looking for brooder box ideas for cornish cross broilers. We usually get around 60 at a time , so the space needs to be big enough for them to grow out about 4 wks old before they can go outside.
Bonus if this is something we can tear down afterward and then put back up on the next flock.
Looking for DIY plans, pictures, suggestions anything is helpful.

Thanks. That is pretty close to what we have now, only about 2x the size due to the number of chicks.

With that amount of chicks, you might be better off doing two separate brooders if you don't have an area of a barn or coop that is big enough. Maybe build two of the one @GirlsHuntToo suggested.

In my office with laminate floors, I put newspapers on the floor and made a ring out of cardboard boxes that I had laying around. Prior to that, in the garage, I cut up a couple of big boxes for the walls and put a tarp on the floor with newspaper on top. Prior to that, for just a dozen chicks, I used a cardboard box with paper towel rugs.

I have in-floor heat, they never huddled under the lamp.

My preference would be the Scott Family brooder. But, I would add a little door so I could bring them outside and turn the brooder into a little coop for the juniors when they got bigger, but not big enough.
