broody duck sitting on duck and turkey eggs

Nibbler made herself a nest, and one of our turkey hens noticed.... now Nibbs is sitting on both duck and heritage bronze turkey eggs. Very curious how this will turn out...

Still sitting on the nest. Her mate Waddles is keeping watch. When she gets up to stretch, eat, and drink we are having issues with (I think) the other birds raiding her nest. I think they have eaten 2-3 eggs at this point. Anything we can do, short of relocating her to a cage? Our birds free range, but they have a drylot and barn for protection. When we put in the drylot and barn we had goats, so the only wat to the lot is thru the barn where her nest is. So she chose a main highway for this. :/ We don't want to cage Nibbs unless we have no other option. There is food and water in the varn for her so she doesn't have to go very far.

We have put a dish of higher protein food in for the turkeys too in case they are raiding the nest due to a lack of protein.

Well then. Nibbs seems to be losing interest, but now the turkey hen is sitting on the nest. This.... is getting more and more interesting.
