Broody hen fed chicks wet pine shavings!

My broody was out and about with her chicks (age 2 days to 1 week - some are adopted) and I dumped some moist pine shavings in the compost pile and she came running over and starting eating them and calling to them to eat them, too! A few of the chicks ate some. Now I'm worried about impacted crop. I already have one of the chicks that she rejected earlier today inside and I'm watching her crop, too. It seems on the large side. I removed the offending pine shavings immediately so they weren't able to eat anymore, but are they going to get impacted? I'm hoping everything will pass just fine but I can't help but be worried.

Thanks

They will be fine. Free range chicks eat many things that will keep the proverbial plumbing in working order. Between all the bugs and greens that mama hen is taking them to, they'll be alright.
