Based on my experiences with eggs like that, the incubator is really the best choice.

I'm not really sure, I want to do whatever I can to save it because the duckling is still alive last I checked. I've never hatched ducks before

Hatching a duck egg isn't much different than a chicken egg.
Is your bator warming up now?
Where is the egg now?

ill get my bator up and the egg is under the hen still

Put it in the incubator!!!
So it doesn’t die!

Check this out...
Crack a new egg in half.
Rinse it and let it dry then put it over this egg and use tape around it to keep the new shell on and put it back under the momma.
