I have a ten month old hen that lays in the nest constantly. Even when I take the eggs out from under her she stays there all day. Last evening I went out with a flashlight and all the girls and the roo were up on the roost but not this hen. Still in the nest. Any advice would be helpful .

It depends on whether you want baby chicks or not.
If you want chicks, mark all the fertile eggs that are under her so that you can remove any volunteers from other hens that show up in there for the next 3 weeks.
If you don't want chicks, you have to break her broodiness. Put her in a wire bottom cage with food and water. The wire bottom gets cool air to her bottom and alters the hormone that keeps her desire to raise a family.
