Brown Coturnix (Pharaoh) Quail eggs - LA

I can relate - and am in no hurry, so if he's willing to share, I'd love to try it. I'm hesitant to try a recipe online; much prefer to try one that has been tested and liked!!
 
The pickled eggs are really good.....hubby and I are fighting over them, caught him alittle while go....sneaking one out of the jar.
