Buff Brahma gender?

I have 3 buff brahmas and I am noticing they all look so similar except one has super red wattles and comb, her comb looks bigger than the others as well? She is 16 weeks is she a pullet maturing faster or is she actually a he? She is far more dominant and definitely the dominant hen of the coop not mean though! In the last pic you can see the difference in her sisters comb/wattle color

If she were a cockerel, she'd have some hackle and saddle feather growth, but she has nothing. Her comb isn't considerably red either
